  • Typically, our process encompasses the following steps: Discovery Meeting, Pre-Production Planning & Scripting, Production/Shooting, Post-Production/Editing, and Delivery.

  • Client input and feedback are crucial at every stage. Your involvement will primarily be during the discovery, pre-production (scripting), and post-production (review and revisions) stages. We'll be working closely together, using tools like dashboards and online video commenting software to ensure smooth and seamless interactions.

  • An accounts manager, assigned especially for you, will handle all communications and relay them to the team. A creative director will oversee the creative process, meeting with you occasionally to ensure we get the approvals and set the right tone for the project.

  • After the first cut of the script and video, clients are invited to provide reviews and feedback. The video is then revised until it meets the client's satisfaction.

    For project management, we have a customized dashboard in Notion. We'll provide a single link where you can see different aspects of the project such as the timeline, links, team involved, and necessary tasks.

    For scripting, we use Google Docs and provide links to all involved parties.

    As for the video, we use Vimeo Review, where your team can directly comment.

  • We are dedicated to working within your budget, planning carefully and utilizing our resources intelligently. Rest assured, we'll keep you updated every step of the way, but please note that any additional requirements could impact the overall cost slightly.

  • Timelines can vary, and they really depend on the complexity and length of your video project.

    As a rough estimate, you might be looking at anywhere from two weeks to a couple of months for the whole process, which includes pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production.

    If we're going for our fastest, we can get a complete production, all the way from concept to post-production, done in around one and a half months, but it might extend up to three months for more intricate projects.

    For scripting paired with video editing, you should plan for at least one month.

    If it's just video editing, we can usually wrap that up in approximately two weeks.

    Now, if your videos are all set and planned ahead, we can even shorten that down to just a few days!

  • For local clients, we accept bank transfers to our Unionbank of the Philippines account. The account details will be provided in the Service Contract.

    • For shoots valued over Php 50K, we require a 50% down payment after the pre-production meeting.

    • As for Regular clients, we offer up to 90 days payment term for our video editing services.

    • For First Time clients, we use an escrow service such as Fiverr to manage the payments between us. We require 50% down payment before the project begins and the rest after its completion.

  • Typical deliverables include a high-resolution, graded final video file adapted to your desired format and platform. You can directly download the video from Vimeo Review or, for higher resolutions, we can upload your video to Google Drive.

    Project files and video clips can be requested. If the files exceed 15 gigabytes, we would need to request a hard drive that can accommodate all the assets from you.

  • Our primary goal is to provide an effective and efficient video production experience. We measure success based on the following criteria:

    Were we able to articulate the story in an engaging manner that reflects your brand within the budget and quality parameters?

    Did we meet or exceed expected quality standards?

    Did you have a pleasant experience working with us? Was our process clear and efficient? Were our interactions professional?

    Please note that measuring quantifiable metrics such as total number of views, social shares, audience engagement, and call-to-action responses is not within our scope.

    We recommend getting a Social Media Strategist and Media Team on board for distribution and placement of the video.

  • Upon request, we're happy to assist in generating thumbnails for instances where you'll post the video. However, we currently do not offer media services for optimization tips and suggestions on potential distribution channels fitting your target audience.

  • Yes! Discounts are given when you purchase multiple services.

    Discounts on video editing are applicable to series of videos with the same type and duration:

    3.5% discount for every 10 units.

    5% discount for every 20 units.

    6.50% discount for every 30 units.

    Discounts on production shoots are provided for multi-day shoots and are dependent on various factors, including equipment, locations, crew, and other circumstances.
